I hate the divisiveness. I hate the us-against-them mentality. But I have a hard time not getting sucked into it. I mean, duh, of course my views have the most merit. ;) The truth is that each point of view represents part of the truth, a piece of the picture. Things aren’t nearly as crystal clear as each side would have you believe. It’s complicated. It’s messy.

Something Burns...Real Bad →
Heartburn from before I even knew I was pregnant was my worst early pregnancy symptom with my son. I am beyond excited that I am 7 weeks and have had essentially no heartburn issues with pregnancy so far. I’m sure I will in the 3rd trimester, but I am delighted not to have it in the 1st.
We’ve made the national news but for a really sad reason. :( Plane crashed into a house and killed 3 children and the 2 men in the plane. 3 others were flown to Emmanuel Hospital in Portland. So sad.
I saw the smoke on the way to work yesterday. Everyone I know has been talking about it and praying for the victims and their families. So tragic. Can’t imagine what they are going...
