about the rain. i find myself wanting to complain too. a lot. :) it is just so gloomy, you know? well, actually it is not raining today but it is cloudy, windy (but not super windy), and just kinda dark out. rain is in the forecast every day except next saturday. we went to the park today. there was still a little left-over rain from yesterday puddled on the bottom of the slides. i pushed wyatt on the swing and ended up with a bunch of black stuff (yuck!) on my hands from the swing seat. its been cold too. cold enough that we’ve needed to turn on the heat a little bit. my mom says it feels like november and she is totally right. october is usually less rainy and cold than this and more like summer still. i’m waiting for the really big storms to hit. we had a little storm last week, winds over 50 mph. but we get much bigger ones (sometimes over 100 mph) and that is actually quite a lot more fun than 50 mph winds. if its gonna be stormy, let it be really stormy. :) or else sunny. haha.
