    re: comments
I like this approach and it is the better way to address “commenting” on the web, but, it sets the “usability” threshold very high. I love my content and I love my readers (all 10 of them) but the point of this personal broadcast is for who I am to be accessible to the widest range. Maybe, somewhere down the road, when teaching the “Internet” in schools is adjusted and it is common practice to “re-blog,” no matter the platform, I can consciously trust the trackback to be the main form of commenting. Until then, I’m going to have comments and make my content accessible to as many people as possible. Maybe my concern for the lowest common denominator doesn’t jive with all the forward-thinking these days but if my grandmother wants to leave me a comment, by god, she’s going to leave me a comment. - jratlee (in response to this discussion)
