- me: i kinda hate email. have i ever told you that?
- my mom: no, i thought you loved email! you don't?
- me: no, i kinda hate it. it's pretty much a necessity for me but i don't really like it. [example] if you want me to respond within, like, an hour, [or even a day] email is not the best way to reach me.
- my mom: me too. that's why i stopped using my email. you should tell people you are only going to check it once a week.
- me: or once a day.
