we’re running really low on food so today i made waffles with soy milk and egg substitute. hehe. i was pleasantly surprised to discover they didn’t taste any different than regular waffles. :)

we’ve had this crummy head-chest cold go through our family. we all have it. by wyatt is the most miserable. :( i’m hoping he feels a bit better by this evening. he is supposed to go to my mom’s house while my hubby and i go out to a special dinner. but i will feel way-too-bad-to-go if i have to leave him while he is feeling so crummy. and we both really want to go.
