so charter really doesn’t want you to pay your bill!! argh. tried 5 times today with errors both online (after i clicked to process it kept bringing back to the log-in screen) and with the automated system (went directly to a representative who charges $1.99 to process the payment). i contacted customer support who told me the payments didn’t show up.
called the tech support dept to complain (errr, let them know) and they told me one of the payments did go through. ::rolls eyes:: and to call back if the other one goes through too.
