i have been in a terrible mood today. throbbing headache on the right side of my head, sound and light seem blaring and bright. some nausea. feeling shitty and depleted of energy. my fuse has been ughh, way shorter than normal.

it took a while for it to sink it that i have a mild migraine. i suppose that is because my vision is only a little distorted and there was no aura or anything really obvious. and it isn’t a horrible bang-your-head-into-the-wall one like i’ve had in the past but definitely a little migraine.

took some meds and i’m feeling a little better already. :)

it is such a beautiful day today. it was supposed to rain but it is sunny and i love that. hoping to feel better enough to go for a bike ride later…
