woohoo! finally charter is not less than 1 mbps here. they recently upgraded all the lines in my area so i decided to give them another try. looks like they weren’t lying. ;) it is significantly better than it was a year ago.

the best part is i’m getting everything (cable, internet, phone) for about $76 a month. not bad at all. enjoying all my new channels. but too cheap to upgrade to a dvr. :)
