yes, my phone and internet go out with the weekly (state) emergency broadcasting system testing. no, it is not supposed to. they are working on fixing it.

i hope they do fix it soon. if we have a tsunami or any major event i won’t have any home phone service or internet for the whole time the emergency broadcasting system is going. also, no phone and internet every wednesday during their scheduled testing. if they don’t fix it pronto i’m probably going to switch back to qwest. ::shrug::
