I’ve been thinking about baby names lately since we found out we are having a girl and gotta pick a name before March and her arrival. It is hard to agree on a name with my hubby because we like different things and I’m leery of posting names online/telling family and friends (especially the latter) because I’m not sure I want all the negative opinions to influence which name we pick. And you know everybody always has an opinion. Immediately upon finding out we were having a girl (we were thrilled, btw) random people started telling us how horribly difficult it is to raise a daughter and how much “easier” boys are. Um, thanks? Or maybe you could just be happy for us and contribute something positive to the conversation or just shut up? Just sayin’.
