i decided to order the qwest 1.5 mbps dsl and test it against charter’s 3 mbps cable high speed internet. cable is supposed to be faster?? but ummm, not here. plus it has been out completely a bunch lately. i mean, i know i live in a small town (i.e. not important area for them) but jeeeez. this is pathetic. *sigh* i tested out both options at my house and the results are below. i’m switching to dsl.
