my grandma is having a problem with her internet connection…can’t connect suddenly. there is an “error with TCP/IP adapter bindings” and i noticed looking thru her system devices that the network adapter “Microsoft Tun Miniport Adapter #2” has an error. she has already tried to configure the TCP/IP. hmmmmmmmm. looking thru the web i found the following link that seems to be helpful. i’m a bit nervous to mess with all this. don’t want to screw her computer up. i don’t know much about this. she has windows xp.

also, the computer guy did recently removal a trojan horse. i notice searching that other people said this frequently happens after removing viruses/spyware. i dunno. :( i’m really not a computer expert.
